Welcome to the wonderful and thrilling task of planning your wedding! We know that sometimes things can get a bit confusing and sometimes you can feel a little overwhelmed when choosing from the many different options available to you for your special day. We would like to start off by saying Thank You for considering us to share in your wedding. We believe that every wedding is as unique as the couples that are planning them and that your day should be a true reflection of your lives together. We promise to help you and guide you in every way possible in finding the perfect creations to complete your day, all the while having fun and helping you still enjoy the experience along the way.
We have put together a few packages for your convenience for both the bridal party as well as the reception sites. These packages are just a very small bit of what we do here and can be stretched, shrunk and modified in any which way you need. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you need to, change your mind as often as you like and jump up and down when you find something that works perfect for you. We are here for you! Enjoy the next few weeks as you plan the most important day of your lives together.
A few things to note:
1. New to us, is a consultation or a reservations fee. This fee is $100.00 due and payable before we start the consultation or at the time of your reservation. The reservation fee is essentially put in place to secure the date for you if you are not ready for a full consultation (basically, if you know 100% you want us to do your wedding but don’t have the dresses, the colors, etc…). Keep in mind we fill up very fast and many popular weekends in the summer and fall are first come, first serve. You only have to pay one fee or the other as a consultation is then booked as a secured wedding. This $100 fee is completely transferred as a deduction on the total cost of the wedding. These fees are 100% non-refundable as space is limited.
2. We believe that your day needs to be perfect. As such, we ask that the night before your wedding between the hours of 3pm and 6pm you come and view your flowers. This is done to ensure that you are totally, 100% happy with what we have created for you. At his time, if something needs to be changed, we’ll change it. Please bring with you that night, a list of how you’d like the flowers boxed and sorted. We can provide as many boxes as you nee. If you choose not to come for a viewing we assume no liability for your flowers or the way they are sorted into boxes.
3. Lastly, we do require a 50% deposit 30 days prior to the wedding. This is to ensure the product. We will not start a wedding without a deposit. We will then assume it has been cancelled.
